Indiviual Complaint — Training promagge did not provide us the material as committed

I have been attended the training in last month, instagram it shown based on that ecel to chat gpt training when i clicked it showed 254/- rs for course & while process it showed us 794 /-rs inculding 1000 formulas which support chat GPT, training had been attended but 1000 formula was not provided to us sosfar thats the reason i havent paid the amount to simple pay . kindly request you to help us in this i just want clear this at the earliest pls . i donot want keep any pending from my side pls
