I am living in New Zealand and recently my brother & mother travelled back to India. Their flight was landed on Delhi airport on 6 August & the flight details are as below - Flight No: CX679
Arrival Time: 23:50
Arrival Date: 6 Aug 2025
I bought Indo Canadian tickets for the same date on 26 July paid NZD $138.98 (voucher number - VT[protected]. Al the flight details and travel date was right and when my family tried to board on bus and the staff didn't allow that voucher is expired. And they have to pay extra at the airport and then they boarded.
First thing - is that I bought ticket and didn't bought voucher.
Second thing - their website doesn't show that you will receive the voucher instead of ticket that will only be valid for 24 hours
Third thing - If it is only valid for 24 hours then why they are asking for flight details.
It's a harassment for the people who are travelling. Was this information helpful? |
