I am from nadiad, gujrat and i applied for abroad study in lithuania a year ago but they faked all the promises about getting admission without bank balance and itr but when the offer letter arrived they started asking for bank balances and itrs. When i cancelled my application they asked for the first installment that was 35000 but when we refused to pay they did not give my documents to me and even after one year they are resisting in giving those back.
