A agent named Satyam pandey mobile no. [protected] of indo fin capitals office no 205 2nd floor ild trade centre sector 47 shiona road gurgaon 122018 has told us about loan amount Rs.500000.00 (Five Lakhs Only) against Aadhar card, pan card and high school marksheet. He said that he will charge rs. 6000.00 for file charge.I have given him 6000.00 in his account number [protected] IFSC Code BARB0JAMONX. He gave me a welcome letter on 20.10.2022. After file charge and welcome he charge 22000.00 (Twenty two thousand only) for insurance which i have paid in his account number [protected] IFSC Code BARB0JAMONX. Then he gave Approval letter dated 20.10.2022. Till date 25.11.2022 he niether disbursh loan amount nor refund my balance. Whenever i call him, he is not picking up phone. Any how if he pick up phone he abusing and denying to return total balance 280000.00 (twenty thousand only). Plz hep me.
