[Resolved]  IndoAsian Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. — Refusal to refund 1lac advance for a plot that was later sold to different buyer

This is to kindly inform you that I booked a plot of land in your Bella Vista Sector 5 project in Shahapur, Thane, Maharastra by paying an advance to Mr. Harvinder, sales manager for IndoAsian Buildcon pvt. ltd. who assured us that we will be receiving the paperwork soon in July. The receipt for the advance stated a different plot altogether. Mr. Harvinder along with his VP later informed us that the original plot was sold to someone else and we could select another plot, which we did not like. Since then we have continuously requested for a refund through email and SMS and calls but to no avail. They promise a refund in the "next few day" but it has not come to fruition till now.
