My Consumer No is [protected]. Till 2012 to 2019 this connection is for Residential Purpose. But when survey done in 2019 they wrongly change this connection type to Commercial and giving the bill according to Commercial.
Outside our building their is a water connection for Shops with consumer id [protected]. it could be Commercial connection. I think our water Connection mistakenly changed as Commercial connection instead of this one ( consumer id = [protected] )
Please Solve this issue ASAP.
