Indus Net Technologies offer through off campus for fresher:
the internship period would be for 6 months, this period you will be eligible for stipend amount of Rs 5000/month.Based on your performance during your stint as an intern in Indus Net Technologies, we may like to decide the future scope of absorbing you in Indus Net Technologies.
But after 4 month of internship they deploy as resource for valuable client.
Yes according to employment rule( labour-laws-in-india) internship period should be max for 6 months.
I have completed more than 1.7 yr still they will not give employment including company benefit((employ id card + company employment benefits(medical leave & cl, pf, salary account ).
If you talk with hr about seeking employment they told if your salary cross 15.100 they give employment with company benefit. They don’t show salary below 15.100 as indusnet cmmi level 3 company( if they don't pay show salary below 15.100 for employ why they requirement as fresher
through off campus. management know about never ever cross internship salary 15.100 within 6 month
of internship.
Now my salary after 1yr approx. 13k.
I have completed more than 1.7 yr(no increment, no employment ).
They placed I have completed more than 1.7 yr still internship period (But after 4 month of internship they deploy resource for valuable client.)

humble request to Mr. Abhishek Rungta, ceo of indus net technology Freshers dirty hr policy need be modified and give employment as per my offer .we are need it .don't spoil our career(after 1.7 yr of it experience of your cmmi level 3 company we are still suffering from un employment)
