Indus University, Ahmedabad — I'm complaining that they are not releasing students' result

I have completed my B.tech in electrical Engineering from Indus University, Rancharda, Ahmedabad. I got backlog in two internal subject which I cleared in the exam taken in January 2019. Now, they are not releasing my result. I have applied for student visa for Canada. my college in Canada is starting in may 2019.
If I will not apply for visa in next 3 days I will not be able to get visa in time. I have paid all the fees of college in Canada. my future is on line and university is not responding. they are giving very rude answers.
