Indusind Bank — noc of my three wheeler loan

My three wheeler loan is cleared but noc still not received. I visit regular Nizamabad branch consumer finance division for receive NOC but till date no response and give time for after 15 days again and again. But till date not solution for loan paid NOC.
Sir please, it's urgent for me. I request you to kindly issue immediately my NOC.
