[Resolved]  Industry Tools — They didn't refund my money after they cancelled the order

They have refunded by NEFT to the asked account. The correspondence was had happened via their watsapp number which is also mentioned on their site: +91 82878 22665 I had been following them once per week. Initial calls were received were received but later on they would reject the calls. When they rejected calls, I started calling them every 5 mins and then only the person received the call and would say it is being looked into and sometimes give reason that he is on leave and check the next day. This has happened til Jan. On Feb 17th, a different person received the call and mentioned that the previous person has left the job and didn't tell him of this issue. Then he followed up and resolved the issue by the same day Do remember, if they don't receive the call or it is showing out of region, then call to their watsapp group.
