Inet Solution — fraud company asking for money from innocent people

Hi all, for free time income i had applied for job on quickr.com and immediately within few hours i received whatsapp message from two numbers ([protected], naresh patel and [protected], minakshi patel) claiming to speak on behalf of inet solutions, 102-kv nagar, veer azad marg, latur, maharashtra which provides work from home. Firstly, they told me that they will pay rs. 28, 500 for 150 pages (Rs.190 per page). But registration fee is rs.300 and rs.9700 will be deducted from first work. So, they'll pay rs. 18800 for first slot of work. I tried to find their company online with given address but couldn't locate. So, i asked them how can i trust their genuineness. They said the'll provide legal agreement within 2 hours of registration. So, i paid the registration fee through paytm and i received a message on whatsapp to send id proof, email id and a self recorded video stating that i agree with all terms and conditions. I sent the aadhar photograph and email id but refused to send video. Then they said to send self recorded audio for confirmation. Then i received a link to download agreement. But i insisted them to mail the soft copy. So, after a lot of insisting they sent the soft copy of agreement.

In agreement, it was mentioned that if i fail to achieve 90% accuracy (I. E. At-least 135 pages out of 150 pages should be correct) then i'll have to pay rs. 10, 000. This came as a surprise but i had no choice now. So, i did first slot of work and eventually their qc (Quality check department) sent me an excel sheet stating mistakes. So, i had to pay rs. 10, 000 before 4 p. M. As they were calling me again and again pressuring for same, otherwise they'd filed a legal complaint against me. I paid rs. 10, 000 somehow on 31st january 2019 and send them a transaction proof.in return i got a noc soft copy from company legal department (I. E. Noc. [protected]@gmail.com).

After my penalty payment, i called them on helpline number [protected], which was picked by a woman named aashi. I requested her to transfer call to her senior. Her senior was none other than but someone from their helpline department (Helpline. [protected]@gmail.com), i asked him whether i have to pay any other penalty again if i fail to achieve 90% accuracy in second slot, he said no. Now, you can work again. We won't charge any penalty. Also, i asked about work. He said only when you will ask for work then we'll provide and automatically after 11 months your agreement will be cancelled. Also, i got him to write it in words and email the same. Also, he said that if ever i have to get my agreement cancelled then i'll have to pay some amount (Under rs.1000) but some other people from their company ask for rs. 5000 and rs. 15500.

Now, suddenly after 31st january 2019, i got the whatsapp message from adv. Aditya verma ([protected]) on 23rd february 2019 stating that i haven't fulfilled the terms and conditions of agreement. He sent me a long message of all the indian contract act 1872 section-72, 73, 74, 75 203, 238 and ipc section-406 at 2:28 p. M. Then at 3:28 p. M. I got an email from ashok desai (Desaiashok. [protected]@gmail.com) asking me to pay the dues before 3 pm (While the mail came at 3:28 pm) otherwise notice will be sent on my address. The email asked me to call on number to stop notice ([protected]).

Inspite of speaking to these new people in picture, i called up helpline number of inet and asked aashi to transfer call to senior immediately. She first refused and said that i should talk to desai and verma for same and said her senior will come at 4:30 p. M. As he is in meeting. So, i called at number given in email and talked. His tone was very rude and he said you have dues left. Give the money else you'll be penalized even without listening what i had to say. I told him to confirm with company about dues because my dues are already cleared and nothing of this sort is mentioned in agreement. He said ok i will ask company. I called him again then he said yes, your dues are clear and you will get a call from company within 5 minutes which didn't happened. So, i called him again after half an hour around 4:30 p. M. Asking for same then again he said no, i am filing arbitration charges against you no matter whether your dues are clear or not and spoke very disrespectfully. He told me that your case will go to ministry of home affairs and said "rajnath singh se baat karwaaunga" while i said him politely that before speaking to the honorable home minister sh. Rajnath singh, kindly ask the company. He refused to agree and cut the call. Then again i kept trying him but he didn't picked up. Meanwhile i tried to contact inet again to speak to helpline. Finally, he had come back from meeting. I told him to tell their company legal department that all dues are cleared under my name. He said "hum legal department se baat nahi karte, aap karo." and kept on repeating same. While legal guy said to talk to company and he said opposite. No one agreed to listen. They only want money.

This is highly frustrating and mental torture to innocent people including students and ladies like me who are trying to make money by sincerely doing work but instead being fraud by such fake companies and their threatening calls.

I am attaching all the conversation proofs and all emails and numbers that have been involved. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible. I am facing mentally depressing issues because of these calls.
