Infibeam eCommerce — Non refund of money/product

Hi,

I had one of the bad experience with Infibeam they are not worried about customers at all Once their product is sold that's it.
I got a Sony MHC-V6d home audio system and the product was delivered after 15 days on March 9th2016 ORder id:[protected]. The product was faulty and had a lot of scratches on it which clearly shows it was a used or showroom piece. Then I complained to them the next day itself and they wanted to me log a ticket with sony which I did and they suggested to replace the mother board. I have returned my product back to Infibeam and I asked them Infibeam to replace the product or refund the money and its been almost more than 30 days and I haven't got any update from them.
Every time I call them I don't get a proper response. I paid almost 26k and almost two moths over without a product or the money.
This is really bad service and I would not recommend this infibeam to any of my friends. I'm planning to file a case and take this legally. Can you please advise how to proceed?
