[Resolved]  Infineon Technology — harassing

They are harassing me by sending mails from different mail id's and saying that this is the last intimation we are sending so pay the amount within specified time to close your file and recover from huge payment. I[censored] fail to pay the amount within the time then the company will file legal case against you. They are also saying that after filing the legal case the company will send the legal notice along with case id to your residence address. So if you won't accept, respond to the notice then the company will consider it as default and they can file legal proceedings against you and you will be in huge loss of money they mentioned. They are also mentioning some advocate name roshan vanilla please help me the way to recover from this issue.
Sabse pehle inka phone mere pass 16 june ko aaya tha inhone 4000rs ki demand ki nhi toh legal notice bejne ki damgi di or maine inko 4000rs ghabra ke de diye or phir 1 mhine bad inka dubara message aaya ki hm apke pass legal notice bej rhe h or 6 october ko inka dubara mail aai hai actually main bhut jyada preshan ho chuka hu inse please koi meri help kro
