Infineon Techpro — fake charges of registration

I had not agreed to any notices or things they had sent me
And after six months they sent me a mail to register myself and send the money
And after 4 months they are sending me mail to give amount of 25940 or else they will take legal action against me!
As i had not even paid the amount and not even asked for work or any other thing and still they are asking for penalty!
Please help me!
