Infinity Job — Salary

I had a work from home agreement with the company under which I had to compete the work provided by the company within 5 days which was to fill 500 forms with 90% accuracy. I did that and submitted the work. I don't know how but the accuracy level was not upto the mark and the agreement was to be terminated but I was not even informed of the same and I was directly contacted by their lawyer about the same and I had to pay the penalty charges of 6490/- for non completion of the work and 3500/- for the release of the NOC and do note that there was no mention of the release of NOC charges in the agreement. The company didn't even try to get in touch with me about the accuracy report which was to be mailed to me but there was no such thing as them informing about the same through mail. They are now not giving me my salary which they should have given till 6th of September 2023. Not even the company customer care is responding about the salary and the other employees of the company straight away says that you can do whatever you want the company will not be giving you your salary. They even changed the company name from Unity Job to Infinity Job. Their agreement states that you will get the salary if you have completed the wok but I have yet to hear from them about the same.
