On April 19, 2025, at around 4:30 PM, two marketing representatives from Infinity Learn visited my residence to counsel my son, who is in Grade 2, regarding their online program called “HOTS Program – Grade 2.” They spoke extensively about the advantages of online learning in enhancing higher-order thinking skills in young children.
When I inquired about the fee structure and mentioned that I might need to postpone the decision, they insisted that any delay would lead to the loss of special discounts and benefits. They then immediately connected me with their finance officer via an online meeting.
Unfortunately, the finance officer was unprofessional—he did not allow me to ask questions or express concerns and kept pressuring me by repeatedly sending a payment link for Rs. 20, 000 via credit card. Believing this would confirm a better deal or offer, I made the payment under pressure.
However, after enrolling, my child showed no interest in attending the classes and was clearly uncomfortable with the program. I then contacted the company and requested a refund, explaining that my child has not attended a single session.
To my shock, the representative I spoke with responded rudely and arrogantly, flatly denying any possibility of a refund and refusing to listen to my concerns. His behavior was extremely unprofessional, and he acted as though he held absolute authority, showing no empathy or accountability.
I have tried to raise this issue through public forums including X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn, tagging relevant authorities, but have received no resolution.
I am now seeking your urgent support in initiating a refund of Rs. 20, 000 and taking strict action against Infinity Learn for using coercive sales tactics, lack of transparency, and unethical denial of refund.
Please help me secure a fair and just resolution.
