DEAR SIR, MY SON HAS COME PROPOSAL FOR ONLINE TUTION FROM INFINITY. MARKETING AGENT COME WITH LAPTOP IN MY HOME TO GIVE DEMO. THEY HAVE GAVE ME PROPOSAL ONE YEAR TUTUION Rs. 35400/- only dated 16 April. 2026 They also said if 15 days your child did not understand any subject or tution. they we will refund the money. i have paid money. bill attached here. my child has see, in online tution there is no interaction with teacher, and not to ask any doubt. so we want cancel this proposal. after that I have many call to customer care for refund money they said we did not refund money. you can change slot. I have many called for refund money. They did not cancel proposal they said to change class tution session.
when i have paid 1 year fees with this proposal they said 15 days fees will be refund if child not understand tution class. sir i have also bill with gst. kindly help.
