I am writing this mail to file a complaint regarding a private company named "Infinox Info Stark" that promised me a work-from-home data entry job after I paid ₹4500 as a “server access fee.”
They said the amount would be refunded after 3 months, but the work is too difficult and causes serious health problems. I tried to request a refund, but they are refusing, saying I must complete the work even though it's painful and hard to manage.
I am a common citizen, and ₹4500 is a very big amount for me. I trusted the company because they appeared genuine, but now I feel cheated. I am requesting your kind help to get my money back and protect others from falling into this type of trap.
