Inflex Jobs And Consultancy — Negligence in replying/Providing QC report

By reading the reviews of the company, i joined it last month. But after doing my first project complete i find out that i wasn't suitable for the payment but suitable only to get the new project for the next coming day but now they aren't replying to my mails neither informing me that ill get new work or not or idk whats the issue there but atleast they can inform me or can reply to my any of the mail that i sent and provide me with another way with which i can continue.

Ya same issue wid me also... In d details they had given that payment will be made every week after work submission...i submitted my work within a week n they were just postponing for QC report... after 3 weeks i got my payment only for 1 project but they had given that payment will be made weekly.. that too after 3 weeks they paid me only rupees 300... i had maintained 81% accuracy n they had mentioned there that if 80% accuracy is made then i am eligible to get d full payment that is 1500. i maintained 81% accuracy n i got only rupees 300 as my salary after working so hard.. after wasting my 1 week after wasting my money for registration i got only 300... no use of working here...so guys be careful dont get into this company...really got very angry after working so much they paid me only 300..

Same issue here. My wife had registered. Submitted the completed job on 28th of october 2020. As per their document, within 5 days the QC report shall be provided. Its 12th November. No status about QC report yet. I really feel its a fraud or a scam.
People out there looking for part time jobs dont fall in prey of these house wife's blood sucking monsters

I have submitted my data files on 8th feb 2021. Its been over 7 days, still no response nothing. Whenever i call them they just ask me to mail or send them details again and again. No reply in mail or WhatsApp. I wasted my 800 bucks and 1 week time, if we are committed to complete the work on time please make sure you are also committed to deliver the reports.

They don't reply in email or WhatsApp. If we are committed to complete the work on time, then you should also be committed to deliver the QC report. I just feel like I have wasted 800 bucks and 1 week of my time on this thing.

FRAUD COMPANY
I am sorry to say this. This company is a fraud company,
I sincerely do your work dedicate day and night in one week and also do QC check for myself
But the company simply says, "third party application software used" and rejects my ID and work.
I know they use the document without paying a single rupee with my registration money.
Please don't cheat others and do genuine business. In case they say some mistake in my work that is ok.
Don't thrust guys. Don't lose your money and time.

The Company Inflex Tjob's response to above negative complaints is really good to expose shortcomings of workers. Why can't the successfully paid freelancer workers come forward and rate the Company ? I really want to try the above Company in the midst of my round about voyage seeking
a real / genuine place that pays for real work done. So, come forward, the SUCCESSFUL freelancers
of this Company Inflex Tjob and prove to the public that this is genuine Company.

I have gone through all the reviews and joined this company, now i can say that its Genuine company they have provided me job and after that qc report and Monday payment also, response is good.

Is it a trustable company?

I am victim of this company if you are thinking to join this company I'll personally suggest you not to because they play games nothing else.
In the month of May i joined the company after reading all these reviews i thought that it's a good company and can be trusted so in the month of may i got my first project to complete and submitted that than again the same problem of QC report. They dont give that on time you will have run before them to give you your report.
The first problem i felt is that they don't give QC report on time.
And the second nd major problem i faced is that they changed the QC report on their own.
As all their payment is based on QC report only they can change in that report in any way they want.
They had given me twice the project but again evry single time i failed at their QC report .so basically what happens is they recieved their fully done project and later on they deny to payment on the bases of QC report which they provide
According to their QC report i score some around 46% accuracy which i don't felt is accurate and when i checked and compared the QC report
1.I find that i haven't done all these mistakes which thier QC report is saying.
2. is there any possibility that a man do a same spacing mistake in every single sentence of the same word throughout the all project?
For example :-the word F
in First is written as F_irst and every word starting with F i have same problem in my whole project that is of around 910 lines.
Is this even possible that anyone can repeat same mistake in all 910 line? I dont think so.

I am victim of this company. If you are thinking to join this company I'll personally suggest you not to go for it because they provide you wrong QC Report to avoid in making payment to us against the work done by us.
They send us the wrong QC Report to terminate our deposite and ID after showing wrong mistakes in QC Report.
In the month of June i joined this company after paid the deposite. After I submitted the given project, they sent me the wrong QC Report and terminated my refund and ID as well.
In their image file, there is space after ‘f’which should not be logically there and it is not visible to normal people while reading. For example, they have put space after ‘f’ in the word ‘f rom’, which is not visible to normal person. Like that in most of the lines they kept space after ‘f’to show our mistakes and to avoid in making payment to us after putting our efforts and time.
But still if you have any doubt about this and any query or questions. I will be happy to show. Please do not waste your time and efforts after paying them the non refundable deposite. The deposite which you are paying might be hard earned money and do not waste it after paying to them.

I request the people, those who got cheated/did not get the correct payment/did not get the refund, please go and lodge the complaint in Consumer Complaints site. They will take care off about what needs to be done.

How you find we are using third party software

Hello everyone, Initially i have seen all the other reviews of these company then i called up helpline and they explained me very well so i thought to join in this company and taken trial plan and worked on it they gave me qc report in 5 working days i got 87% and got payment everything was on time.i guess if you work hard and maintain the accuracy then 100% payment they will give you, later i have taken 2200 plan in first work i have maintained 73%accuracy i didn't payment but got next work, i have done and submitted this time they took 6 working days and gave my report and my accuracy was 97% and yesterday 13-9-21 i received my payment of 3000rs after that only i'm writing this review so those people who are saying this is fraud they didn't displayed their mistakes just blaming the company so i can say that this is Genuine company.

They are fraud don't invest your money here
This company doesn't own up to its mistakes and blame us for not submitting the report on time or some other mistakes which they havent mentioned in before paying money . They will reply back or call back instantly when they want to register a new person and ask money. But when people submit the work they don't have the decency to reply back. I wasted 800 buck and full 1 weeks time, I just thank god i did not waste 1000 on the bigger project. Inflex jobs, so many people are writing similar reviews against you, please own up and improve your management

I'm Sunitha Reddy from Telangana i have joined this company for 1 trail plan 800rs their response was good clarified me all my doubts about the company in first work i got 72% accuracy not got payment in the next work i got 84% and got payment 300rs and next work 96% got payment 1500rs and 4th work also i got 97% and i got payment first i thought it fake company later i come to know that some reviews are fake but This company is Genuine registered in MCA, when they provided the qc report they have shown me the mistakes made by me yes i agree i have made those mistakes this review I'm writing because of i got payment

I'm from Tamil Nadu working women i got this company details and joined to this company after working i have maintained the accuracy and got payment they gave me qc report i agree i have made mistakes responding is good odane problem solve pannuvang Genuine company i have paid 2-3 company earlier but they didn't respond after taking money but this company has good responding on call i got work within 12 hrs and qc report 5 working days and payment Monday great work i will continue to work with this company don't believe in fake comments and reviews some are fake. Genuinely gave me payment to all.
