Info Data Solution — cheated by taking 3600/- as deposit

Yr I have also paid them 3600/- bucks but the strict rules that was there in the agreement seems next to be impossible to complete. Yesterday only I took the work nad after seeing there strict rules and amount they cut for each error it is not possible for normal human being to complete the work so please help me to take my money back is it possible to get my deposit back ?
