I have been hired by m/s.infobiz (infobiz enterprise pvt. ltd.) having its head office at 8, radha bldg., 2nd floor, telli galli, opp. city point, andheri (e), mumbai 400 069 for their data entry job on part-time/convenient basis. i have also paid them a sum of rs.4, 500/- towards entry fee on 2.4.2016. charges payable to me on the basis of different size pages on completed data have also been fixed as per the agreement. accordingly, i have completed 150 large size pages and submitted to them in two lots on 12.5.16 and 25.5.16 respectively. the labour charges payable to me for these 150 pages work out to be rs.3, 000/- on the basis of rs.20/- per page leave mistake margins. thereafter despite my repeated follow-ups with the company staff on telephone as well as through email communications including a registered letter addressed to the company, no payment has been made to me till date. they are ignoring all my communications and there is no sign of getting this payment. it seems this organization is cheating the part-time job aspirants by collecting rs.4, 500/- as entry fee and not paying the labour charges for data entry job done.
