Hai Friends . This is very important message for IT employee's who have an idea to join Infometricx pvt ltd organization. I have 1.2 years of experience in java and j2ee framework. I joined on August 17th 2015 in this Company As a java developer Position and important I am only the person in java domain in this company. But They said me to working in java web service Technology . This is the main reason I am continuing in this company . I am doing OCIMS project with Java REST WebService . They gave me a DeadLine to finish all rest API methods within one month . I Finished all method during period . My TL Mr.Aravind . He's 26 years old and 4 years experience PHP Technology. But His Don't no any idea about Java.Totally 4 or 5 employee's will be working in that company . 1 person testing n 3 people in PHP and i am only the person in Java. One day Mr.Aravind said me to work full night but I am not flexible with that and i re-plaid to him . In every last month Saturday will be holiday. In October Last Saturday Mr.Aravind have to plan for working in that LastSaturday for finishing OCIMS project . Even me too working in that Saturday and i am finished 106 Stored procedure data's accessing from DataBase using REST API WebService. Till 9'o clk to 6:30 pm i am working in office and am handover my all REST Method to Mr.Aravind . after 8:00pm i have call from Aravind for working Tomorrow (SUNDAY) also . They Scold me to working sunday also . But i am not working in that sunday . On Monday i'll inform everything to manager (Mr.MURUGAN) . He's a good person in that office but all control will be having Mr.Aravind only. After that Aravind give me a one more last task in that project to finish within the date . My all Task will completing and handover to Mr.Aravind. I am finished my last method in that project at the same day . i got Terminated mail from HR-Indhira. next day i am went to meet My HR regarding Mail. But she's not give any proper answer for Termination but in this past one and a half month i did'nt learn anything in my new technology in this project but i learn one think how employee cheated from like this organization and they teach me very well companies are not looking employee performance . they looking only JALLRA, they'r expecting only bowdown infront of Mr.Aravind.i am not blame in that company . I wasted my 2 months period i do no what i am going am to do hereafter ((note::ven this 2 months proper salary)) . 3 times m gng to collect my salary to the company Till now m not getting my october month working days salary and my team fund... I am having a all proofs for my previous company issues madam..and also 2 experienced guys who's working in ur beautiful organization do u want their name??...ok ill give u a syntax he's a testing man n PHP devloper...v'll know all about thing's madam...so plz try to ignore company makeup...

For not turning to office and inefficient in completing the tasks assigned to him, he was sacked from the company before his 2nd month with us and he got all his payments cleared in 2015 itself. People who are sacked from a company often write stories like this in web and it's common.
