I am filing this complaint to report an organized job recruitment racket operating under the name Infosquare Global Solutions Private Limited (and using the UPI name E Technology) at 36/37, 2nd Floor, Chinnappanahalli, Marathahalli, Bangalore 560037. I was contacted via phone by a representative claiming to hire directly for a reputable firm listed on Naukri.com, but I was given no clear job description and was instead directed to a walk-in interview. Upon arrival, I found over 150 students being processed in a rushed manner. An individual acting as HR claimed I was in the "final round" for multiple companies with a guaranteed 60% salary hike, but insisted I must immediately pay a ?2, 000 "test/login fee" to proceed. This payment was made via UPI to an account named "E Technology". Despite providing correct answers in the subsequent test, I was told I failed, and the company has since refused to provide my answer script or a refund, instead attempting to coerce me into further unrelated tests to make me feel incompetent and abandon my claim.
This operation is a clear "pay-for-test" scam designed to defraud a high volume of job seekers by exploiting their urgent need for employment. During my visit, several other candidates confirmed they were lured using different company names but were all forced to pay the same fee to the "E Technology" account. This indicates a coordinated criminal effort involving impersonation, cheating, and financial fraud. I request that you investigate this premises, freeze the bank account associated with the provided UPI Transaction ID to prevent further illicit collections, and take strict legal action against the directors of Infosquare Global Solutions and the owners of the E Technology account under the relevant sections of the law for criminal breach of trust and cheating.
