I would like to inform you that my son vishesh wahi, applied online for job in bpo at infotech solutions, 2/15, patel nagar, metro exit, gate no. 2, new delhi -110008, phone no. [protected]/ [protected]. And offered a job at m/s akiko solutions, district centre, janakpuri, delhi. On reaching at akiko solutions, they refused to give the job, stating there is no vacancy. The same was brought to the knowledge of infotech, but they did not take any action.
M/s infotech solutions have taken rs. 1600 from my son, stating that if the job does not click, the amount of rs. 1600, will be refunded by them. I am enclosing herewith the receipt dated 13.5.2017, with id no. Jm03/2164, as a proof of payment received by them. Inspite of various reminders, they are neither refunding the money nor picking the phone. Kindly help me, in the matter.
