I Namita Singh had booked farmland at kanholibara sector G-II Nagpur. For booking of this farmland I had paid Rs.1, 40, 000 (one lakh forty thousand) to INFRATECH REAL ESTATE PVT LTD, RING Road NAGPUR.Vide Chaque no 396819 Dtd-27.06.2012 Drawn on ICICI Bank Nagpur The Receipt no. is 20604 dated 27/06/2012 (photocopy attached). At that time booking The INFRATECH COMPANY had promised me to refund my money with interest if the development is not completed within the prescribed period. Within that period my husband visited company’s office 2-3 times regarding refund of my booking amount and met Mr.Nitin (Gm of INFRATECH COM. LTD) and his mobile no. is [protected], U.Bhondre mob. No. [protected] and Kavita mob. No. [protected] but till date I have not got my booking amount back. After that I searched on net for INFRATECH COMPANY and got the contact no. of the following persons: Vijay shake mob. No. [protected], Mr.Batra mob. No.[protected], [protected], Mr.Nagpure mob. No. [protected], Mr.Dhongre mob. No. [protected], [protected], Mr.Bhondre mob. No. [protected]. I kept contacting with the above names but they are not giving any reply through phone call or messages. So, after becoming fed up with all this, I think I am cheated by the company. Also, Lot of people at Nagpur area have been cheated by this company “INFRATECH REAL ESTATE PVT LTD”.
Hence, I kindly request you to please help me in this regard to refund my booking amount paid so far i.e. Rs 1.40, 000/- with applicable interest.
