My name is Lakshay Sahay and I reside in the the Paharganj area at the following address 4316-18 Bari basti basant road Paharganj New Delhi 110055. I have been scammed by this company which is based in Ambala knows as Innovation guidance and holds BMS fake agency. On Dec 30, 2022 I visited there office and after a long discussion they assured me that they are gonna provide a job of store keeper in Ireland in the FRS NETWORK which deals in the farm related services. The concerned person Akash have submitted my passport at the same moment and made me sign a document in which it says that my passport has been submitted to the IG GROUP and if I cancel my process in between then they will take 20000 inr in return of that.
Then they asked me to visit their office on January 10, 2023 as they said they will receive an offer letter from the Frs network and I personally have to come sign the offer letter and pay their registration fee which was 20000 inr. I visited their office on January 11 and signed the offer letter. After two three days I enquired about the offer letter from the frs network for its legitimacy but they clearly said that it’s not legit and the person who have provided this is doing fraud. By knowing this I came into a state of shock as my passport and payment was with them. Then I went their office on January 20 at that day the concerned person Akash was not their so have to talk to their other workers and after a lot of verbal talk and abusive language they have given my passport and assured they will made my payment on January 22 Monday. But still I went to the Baldev nagar police chowki and filed a complaint against them but the police individual was saying that it’s not their duty to handle all this but still they filed my complaint and assured that I’ll get my payment on Monday but No response from them for days. After waiting for a week i went to the Baldev nagar police chowki on January 31 and waiting from 9 am to 6 pm outside the police chowki the police individuals helped us and got our payment back. I am thankful to the Baldev nagar police they helped me with this and said their work is over as they have got my payment back.
Now the main issue that is coming infront of me is that I need to register a fraud that holds two companies and doing fraud with the needy people. Information about the company and their address are as below
