Innovationmaker Surface — Fake order received

I have ordered necklace set from meesho app and status of the necklace still ordered not shipped. I received an order today which was handed over to my sister without any authentication and cash of rs 832 was collected. When I came home and open the order, the order was wrong and I can't place return order as the original order status is still ordered.please help me with the return of this fake order. If it is not return I will complaint against this store.
