I was hired as seo in innovazion, but salary they offered me same from last company, as i was in need of it so i joined, thats the main problem of innovazion regarding salary, imp thing working as seo in innovazion is bad and no caring by senior, all seniors play politics and just throw whenever they they dont want.
This was not happened in SEO department but also in many department, if they want to throw you out then they will.
Innovazion environment is also not friendly and no facility for employees
My friend if you are going for joing in innovazion then please think about and also thinking if about salary increamnt while joining, hen my friend i am sorry,
My colleagues are also sorry for me how company has thrown me out.

My name is Pankaj Kumar and i joined PC solutions(part of Innovazion Research ) as Technical Support Officer profile. They fired me without any reason. And the there is a Manager "Rahul " who handles PC solutions is totally fraud person, have no manner that how to talk with his company employees and they even not paiy salary to their employees . They also not pay the amount the offered to give to sales people.

PC solutions is totally bad company . Please do not join this bad reputed company. I joined PC solutions but Rahul manager at PC solutions thrown me out without paying the salary for 3 months. His behaviour towards employees is worst. Rahul is totally fraud.
