I am senior citizen owning a wespa scooter since 2015, bearing registration No: AP16DF3686. As it was totally submerged in the cellar of our building due to cloud burst, I got it repaired in the last month. They kept the vehicle for 5 days and get it repaired. Since then there was a problem with Accelerator wire perhaps due to rusting.
As i am staying at Khammam(another town in telengana), When I came back on last monday i.e 24-7-23 and called service Manager immediately about problem and asked them to collect the vehicle as it was not in a condition to move. They dilly-dallied for 4 days and finally agreed to collect it on Friday but didn't answer my phone calls when it was not collected as promised.
I request you that nonchalance towards a senior Citizen is such, imagine their mindset in doing the service to others. I request you to chastise them before getting my problem resolved immediately. Was this information helpful? |
