I am submitting this formal complaint to bring to your attention a matter involving suspected work permit fraud and fraudulent recruitment activities carried out under the name Inovo Visa, with direct involvement by individuals identified as Akshay Ahuja and Sonia Jha.
I was contacted by representatives of Inovo Visa, who presented themselves as facilitators of overseas employment opportunities. They offered assistance in securing a foreign work permit and arranged what was described as a formal job interview. This interview now appears to have been fabricated.
Subsequently, I was instructed to make payments for documentation, visa processing, and administrative fees. Despite complying with their demands, I received no legitimate offer of employment, contract, or verifiable documents. Communication became inconsistent, and attempts to obtain clarity or a refund were unsuccessful.
All indications suggest that this was a deliberate scheme to mislead job seekers and unlawfully profit under false pretenses.
