My elder sister is also facing the same problem. She told him to keep the amount she was supposed to pay & send the rest, but he didn't agree & started threatening her of legal notice.

Same with me as well the company is located in Madhyapradesh . I have not even signed up moreover on the very first day I had informed to Hr and sent mail to there customer support team . With screen shot But still I got mail stating that i have breached the contract . And i have to pay 6000 rs plus gst . Plz suggest what to do .
I thank each one of you people for speaking up and coming out for help. I suppose they cannot extract money so simply since its not legal according to their Session court case they are implying. Like the women who reached me, she rephrased the terms in quite a sly way as, "the service charge will be deducted from your salary if You fail to deliver". This term was quite unique and new (i did not see any example with this term) and assuring for me, since I find myself to lose nothing. But going through you people's examples i learned that they will deceive me with legal case and try to extract money upon harassing.

I just had a person calling me claiming to be from HR dept. while i was replying this comment. The way i was saved, all credit goes to this website and websites and videos on youtube for this issue. All should complaint on NCCR website(https://cybercrime.gov.in/Webform/crmcondi.aspx), so the people who are not trapped can learn and be safe from scams like this. GUYS ALWAYS LOOKUP FOR REVIEW (ON GOOGLE) OF ANY WEBSITE RELATED TO JOB. THATS HOW I LEARNED ABOUT THIS FORUM/WEBSITE.
Iam also getting the same threats from the same company inslight global on the same topic i have blocked all their no.s still they are sending me messages of legal action.

Block each and every number I am also victim of same company . They cannot do anything.
Its so funny, i told them i will read TnC and reply yesterday night, and till this time i have not got any call from them. Supposedly they have left or maybe will raise that legal dispute. Guys humble and serious reminder, we need to speak up and complaint against them to bring them down. Also i found this trivia, these people keep changing their name and venture but they still carry out this scam. Please go ahead and complaint on that NCCR link in my previous reply. By the way, dont panic.

They dont have any grounds to send you notice. They are just harassing so you break down and send them money. Stand hard and forget about the money. Dont pay attention to their threats.
Please anyone help me.. I am also facing the same problem. I got messages that he is from Indoor Highcourt Advocate and going to file a complaint againtst me... I said I coudn't pay and will face it Legally, then he replied "wait for legal notice" ...

Hi, dont worry at all, first of all you have not done any felony or crime. They are frauds, you should not worry. If you can ignore their call then its ok, else receive their call and tell you will not pay. You should sincerely file a complain to police in order to bring them down, but be sure, dont complain in hope to get your money back.

Kya ye log koi notice address par b bhj dete hai ky
I have been also getting call to give money but i have already said that i will not do the work immediately after i had received the work.There page was also not showing any form.They are saying if i dont pay amount they will send a legal notice to me and file a complain against me.I dont have money to pay.They are saying you will be in problem.

Unki notice fake hai, aap chinta mat kariye. Wo log bas harass karenge is dam pe ki aapke upar case hua hai par yeh sab baate jhut rehti hai. Woh log nakli baate karte hai nakli wakeel ke saath. Taaki aap dar jao aur paise deke chutkara lo unse.

I dont know ye notice bhejenge ya nahi, but after following few videos on youtube i learned that they cant afford that expense to send and harass like that. Hello Guys I too myself has been facing this problem since last Saturday. I also received the mail of breach of contract and issuing me legal notice claiming that if i do no give the money they will sue me in court and would pose a fine of around 80000 rupees. Can they do it guys??

Relax man, just look up my reply above. Dont worry. You cannot get your money back, move on with it. If this means so much, then you can file an FIR against them.

I also faced the same problem but I replied to them boldly like "do whatever you can, I will face it legally, Give me your office address in Indore my legal team will contact you and give me your nearest police station telephone number". Just reply them like this... after that I didn't receive even a single message.
Instead of this If you talk like accepting their words then they'll keep harassing you.
