The above complaint is completely framed against Insoll Consultants Reputation. Where the person who lodged this complaint is Mrs. Amutha who came to us for Immigration Process last year for her husband and due to age criteria (42+)the process couldn’t go throw, therefore we dropped it and she got the full refund amount, at April 2019 itself., were she didn’t mention this in the complaint, even now she posted the comment in the fake name of Triz Which shows her Intention in spoiling our company Reputation, as we have no negative reviews till date also in the same industry since 2011.
We do have proper evidence for the entire process, refund acknowledgement and the reason for dropping her immigration process, hence we have filled the Defamation case against her, to face it legally.

Extremely sorry for the wrong communication and posted this compliant. today only i came to know that my father received the payment at 1 year back. At the time of covid i was moved from india. so that not able to communicate them.

I Know very well your team supported during that time. luckily i got placed another source. again sorry for the wrong post.
