Sir good morning
I have taken loan of rs 2000 from insta rupees and paid it within 7 days.
But soon after I paid the loan amount, within one hour I got 3000 loan automatically without my permission, so I tried to call their customer care that I don't want your loan as it is totally fraud that without my permission why you disbursed amount in my account but their customer care executive([protected], [protected]) told me that If you pay the loan on the day it provided then you will not have to pay any charges. So I am telling you a account no and bank details of company in which you send the amount you got today.
I send the amount from phonepe in a nsdl payments bank accoun no[protected] name-insta rupees
And he further told that send the screenshot of the paid money in my company whatsapp no-[protected]
But when the loan amount didn't reflected in account I tried to call both the numbers but they are not receiving the call nor saying anything despite they put my call in reject list.
I found the customer care no on google. But I want to say why that type of fraud company are available in India and government has permitted that.
So kindly look into my matter as they will call and harass me to pay the loan amount which I already has paid.
