One of the most unprofessional and unethical service providers we’ve encountered.
We hired Insta Vypaar for SEO and website development, and paid ₹50, 000 with clear expectations and written commitments. They made tall promises—guaranteed Google first-page ranking in 3 months, blogs, keyword optimization across 30 cities—but delivered none of it.
Instead of owning their failures, they became increasingly rude, evasive, and aggressive. Especially Mr. Suraj (who has a serious behavioral issue and does not know how to speak to clients). After the first month itself, he behaved rudely, and later sent a “sorry” message admitting his tone, which we still have as proof. But this pattern repeated.
The worst part? They illegally took down our website, which was hosted on their server (despite us offering our own), and publicly displayed a false and defamatory message stating “service stopped due to non-payment, ” which is completely false as we have payment proofs. This is not just bad service—this is harassment, blackmail, and defamation.
They are now withholding our website and access, despite clearly promising handover upon discontinuation. The damage to our business credibility, online visibility, and professional image is immense.
Let this review be a public warning to anyone considering Insta Vypaar or Mr. Suraj—please stay away if you value your time, money, and brand reputation.
