He is doing a business like increasing subscribers in youtube. So i contacted and gave him 200 rupees for 450 subscribers adding to my youtube channel. He added more than 450 subscribers in 20 minutes. After few hours, all these Subcribers dropped and reduced to the actual subscribers i had before. When i asked him, he told me that it was low rate subscribers. It will drop. Before giving money, he told me that those are permanent subscribers. Thereafter, I asked for refund.
