I am writing to formally register my complaint regarding the non-provision of my residential gas connection despite full payment and repeated follow-ups.
Details of the issue are as follows:
Residential gas connection applied and payment made on 16 Nov 2025 having reference number [protected]
Till date, no gas connection has been installed
No clear communication, timeline, or resolution has been provided
A formal complaint was raised on 09 Jan 2026 having complaint number C[protected], which also remains unresolved
I have contacted your customer care more than 20 times, and every time I am assured of a callback or update, but no one has reverted
This prolonged delay and lack of accountability has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. The absence of effective customer support is deeply disappointing and not in line with expected service standards.
I request you to:
Provide a clear status update on my gas connection
Share a definitive installation timeline
Assign a responsible officer/contact person for resolution
