Before even giving my full story, I recommend everyone to stay away from this company and do not under any circumstances trust them with the massive deposit they ask you for to offer you their service (if you can call it that). Without getting into too many details, they took my money (9k), made a lot of promises, and delivered on absolutely nothing leaving my family with absolutely no nanny support during a very critical period. Absolutely unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable. As per their own T&C at the time of paying their deposit, they say, and I copy paste from their site - "If the caregiver do not arrive on Day 1, the customer will be getting a full refund...". When I asked for the full refund because nobody arrived on day 1 or 2 and nobody even had the courtesy of letting us know what was going on and only answered their phones after hundreds of attemps to reach them (I am actually not exaggerating on the hundreds), they came back with another set of Terms and Conditions saying that I was only entitled to only 50% refund because they shared a couple of profiles and we opted not to proceed with alternatives after 2 days of 0 contact or follow up. The funny thing is that a couple of days later, they remove the full refund sentence from the TandC on their website clearly covering up what was obviously a mistake on their part. They refuse to give me my full money back saying that they will keep half my money because they would have shared a couple of profiles with me as alternatives. I will be escalating this to consumer court since I took screenshots of all their TandC before they took it down from their website.
