[Resolved] Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) — ambiguity in the OBC certificate date for ibps 2014

SIR, I have qualified in the written examination of IBPS PO 2014 .and according to the notification of IBPS i should have the certificate issued between 12 Aug 2013 and 11 Aug 2014.here IMPORTANT THING is IBPS had come up with the notification on 18 July 2014(first day to apply online) and if someone has read the clause of OBC certificate date who didnot posses the certificate till that time will not enough time to get the OBC certificate before 11 Aug 2014(last day to apply online) as it take atleast 25 to 30 days to get an caste certificate issued.Now my question is, if I get the OBC Non Creamy Layer Certificate after the results out, will I be allowed for the interview.

different exams will have different last dates of submission...i dont understand how can one get the same certificate valid for different dates..as per the government once a certificate is issued it is going to have its validity for all the exams being conducted in that financial year...
