Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Application Fees Amount deducted from my account but not reflected in IBPS

I have submitted my application fees of Rs 850 through UPI payment but the payment page of IBPS site becomes unresponsive and freezed, however the amount has been deducted and paid to the IBPS bill desk from my side.

Kindly assist me in this regard as i am unable to get any resolution on this deduction .
