Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — I am complaining about that my application status showing not completed

I paid rs 850 from my paytm pay UPI to ibps (PO) form by using paytm upi. The payment is showing successful and the amount is deducted from my bank account but the same is not reflected in my application form.It says that the payment not completed.
Please resolve it and initiate refund as soon as possible.
And tomorrow was last date but i did not download my application
