Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — I'm complain about money deduction

During registration process of IBPS RRB X I completed the payment process through internet banking and money was debited from my account but shows my payment was not confirmed. Actually money was debited 867 rs from my account and I want to refund in my account.
