Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — I'm complaining regarding Fee payment amount deducted but not showing payment progress

I have paid the fee amount for ibps po 2020 kindly find the attachment. But my current status in application shows payment failed but my amount is dedicated as you can see in the attached screenshot.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
