Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — payment deducted from my bank account but not credited to ibps

Hi sir i am sonali gurunani i have made payment for lic assistant manager online form through my upi account. Amount is deducted from my bank account but payment gateway has declined the payment status
Sharing my registration details with you
[protected]. Payment is deducted from my account but on payment gateway page it is showing billdesk has not received the payment, but according to the bank it is successful payment but according to the website not received the payment

I did payment for IBPS clerical through billdesk .First time my transaction failed and i tried again and got success payment.But it took amount twice.please kindly refund my amount to my account .

my refund dint came please help me to refund my amount as soon as possible.i have updated my problem often but u not taking any steps.please take action immediately.
