Respected sir, I am Physically disabled person. Last time I wrote IBPS exam in 2016-17. In exam beside me one physically disabled person wrote exam with the help of scribe. But actually scribe has to answer according to handicap person. In exam I observed that handicap person simply sleeping, and scribe answering all questions. According to rules scribe should not have education more than degree. I know the people coming as scribe are also preparing for bank exams. By helping as scribe they are cheating to other handicap people. Even some people taking money and clearing exams for them. It is injustice to other handicap people. So I am requesting you to conduct exam with strict rules, like allotting separate supervisor for them. Please stop this to help handicap people who are writing without scribe. I am unable to appky for ibps clerk 2017due to age limicriteria in the notificstion. Please revise the macimum upto 29or 30. Was waiting desperately for the notificstion. Very disheartenrd now. Please i request the authorities to think again before actual registration starts. Thanking you.
