Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Return the transaction amount of application fees which is debited from my account but considered unpaid into Application.

On 2nd April 2022, I Gaurav made payment for the application of RBI grade B (GENERAL). The amount is debited from my bank account but showing transaction failed in the application. I didn't receive the transaction amount which i made back in my bank account. As mention at the time of making payment on page that they shall reverse the amount into my bank account. I tried to connect on IBPS customer care but i am not able to connect with them.

Kindly do the needful and return the transaction amount which was considered unpaid into my application.
