Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Transaction is showing successful on Google pay and money is deducted but ibps bill desk doesn't send me confirmation sms or email

The transcation through Google pay showing is successful and amount is also deducted and also I contact to goggle pay customer care she said from our side transcation is completed and amount is delivered to merchant but merchant ibps bill desk doesn't send me confirmation sms or email and by logging to ibps so form that showing we are unable to ascertain the status of your previous transaction and again showing proceed to payment
