Institute Of Banking Personnel Selection [Ibps] — Transaction is successful through Google pay but received page showing transaction is failed

I have done payemt for ibps so exam 2022 on 13th nov 2022 from Google pay to ibps bill desk of amount Rs.850
The transcation through Google pay showing is successful and amount is also deducted and also I contact to goggle pay customer care she said from our side transcation is completed and amount is delivered to merchant but merchant ibps bill desk doesn't send me confirmation sms or email and by logging to ibps so form that showing we are unable to ascertain the status of your previous transaction and again showing proceed to payment

Please resolve this problem and refund my money as soon as possible
I am not recieved any type of confirmation from ibps of refunding so far, kindly i rqst to ibps to refund my money, I am so worried
