[Resolved]  Bhartiya Institute of Planning & Management — BIPM Its A Fraud Institution doing SCAM.....

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am Anupam Kumar Roy enrolled for the Graduation from Bhartiya Institute of Planning & Management An ISO 9001:2000 Certified Institute which is in H-17 / 246-247, Sector 7, Rohini, Delhi – 110085. I have enrolled for B.A Program in the month of February 2012 for Rs 21,000 and the concern person is Mr Prashant (Mob No. [protected]). In the begining they were in my contact and taking the follow up for the money and behaving in Polite and descent manner but when I have the made the total payment the same on day they were not contacting me for any certification. They have commited that I will get my certificates and Degree in the Month of May 2012. When I contacted in May they were giving me excuses n excuses. After all in the mid of June they were not even taking up my calls, receving the calls, avoiding my calls and this all happen till the month of July and the mid of August. Finally I decided to visit the same Institute in the end of August 2012. When I went to the institute the guy (Mr Prashant) was abusing and hold up my coller and the statement was like that:- JA JO UKHADNA HAI UKHAD LE YEHI BAITHTA HOON MAIN HAR ROJ JIS MARJIKO SATH LEAAJA AUR MAA KA DOOHD PIYA HAI TOH PAISA NIKAL KE DIKHA. I was alone there and the member of BIPM was showing the anger on me. Every people was in favour of Mr Prashant. When I says that I will complaint this institution to the Police 1 on the person was saying that:- DANDA KAR RAHE HAI TOH POLICE WALO SE TOH JAAN PECHAAN TOH RAKHNI PADTI HAI. I was helpless after hearing that. Finally I want my money back which I have paid to BIPM An ISO 9001:2000 Certified Institute.

At Last Mr Vikas ([protected]) who says that he the manager/owner of that Institute called up to his cabin and says that This is the first Instance that has happened in that Institution and will not happen again. Mr Vikas, now committed me that I will get my certificate within 2 weeks giving me assurity that I don't have to worry now. I have taken the mobile number of Mr Vikas and went back to my house hoping for the Best. Its the end of November of 2012, I haven't got any certificate and Mr Vikas is not picking up my call. If by mistake he picks up my phone then he gives me some other day. I am really frustarted with this Instititue and I am not feeling to Visit the BIPM. I am really helpness please help me to get my money back and take a STRICT ACTION Against this Institute as this institute and doing same with the many students as they were not aware what right step to be taken.
