[Resolved]  Cdac Thiruvananthapuram — Worst Teaching Faculty And Faculty In CDAC Trivandrum

Hi everyone i am 2012 B.E. pass-out, i joined CDAC Trivandrum for DESD Branch in august 2012 before joining institute i was really happy that i got admission in government institute but this happiness was not for many days, CDAC Trivandrum is completely waste even the faculty is waste they will be available for some particular time only in class and they treated us just like first standard student they are not at all friendly they don't even know how to teach they come to class and they will teach us by reading some power-point slides. Faculty only comes to enjoy in the CDAC, only one sir was good but after some days he also left teaching due to his busy schedule. Seriously friends faculty in CDAC trivandrum is so lazy that they have not completed many modules, they have not taught us subject like Device Driver which is the first and foremost important subject in Embedded field, this is the one subject which decides the probablity of getting job, because in almost every company they ask you device driver, talking about project it was really bad experience you can say that we have not done any project in CDAC.

Now i will tell you about lab facility this is even worst you can sit maximum of 3 hours in the lab, what to say yaar its really horrible i have done fights with the gaurds for letting us to sit more time in lab but of no use....... and that also two people are sharing one PC no one will help you in the lab about your doubts we have to go and call the lecturer for asking doubts.

Now talking about placement what to say it is worst then worst we had common placement in banglore where Chennai and Banglore students were participating in campus with us, remember if you want job through CDAC campus you should have 70 and above percentage in engg. if you have less it is of no use to join CDAC bcoz only one came for percentage less than 70 came, and that also hardly only 10-15 students where selected from all three institute and trivandrum is the worst they told that they will bring company for us after common campus but till now they are bringing companies only....
So while selecting CDAC institute please take care i think only pune, banglore and hyderabad is good for DESD branch and CDAC trivandrum is waste...HORRIBLE...
