Dear Sir/ Madam, My Name is Devi Singh, I had taken admission in MBA at GL BAJAJ GROUP OF INSTITUTION, MATHURA in session[protected]. But I could not continue further classes due to release of late result of BBA that was the fault o[censored]niversity. I don't have my result till now due to university's late session. At the time of admission in GL BAJAJ GROUP OF INSTITUTION assured me to return my admission fee but after 4 month they did not return my admission fee. Was this information helpful? | |||

RESPECTED SIR,MY NAME IS KETHKI SHARMA I WAS CALLED FOR AN OPEN INTERVIEW IN HYDERABAD.
FOR THE ADMISSION IN MBA FULL TIME COURSE.
I WAS SELECTED FOR THEIR BANGLORE CAMPUS. AS INSTRUCTED I PAID A SUM OF RS 80,000/- TOWARDS ADMISSION FEES.
BEFORE THE START OF THE COURSE I HAD INFORMED THEM I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND THE COURSE AS MY GRAND FATHER AND MY DADDY WAS VERY ILL AND I HAD TO STAY BACK.
HENC I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND OF THE FEES. I WAS INFM THAT THERE IS NO FEE REFUND
IS THIS POSSIBLE AND RS 80,000/- IS NOT A SMALL AMT FOR A MIDDLE CALSS MAN.
II APPROACHED THEM THROUGH EMAIL BUT TO NO AVAIL

institution complaint — non refunding the refundable fee
Respected sir,I am a pass out student of B.E. (E.C.) of 2009 batch of Jai Narain College of Technology (J.N.C.T.), Bhopal. Sir, in my third year of engineering, the college charged an amount of Rs. 10,000 from us forcefully under the name of “placement and development fee”. The college told us at the time of depositing the fee that the fee is refundable. Hence, at that time I submitted that fee (which was optional fee as in the rules of AICTE fee reg.). After completion of my BE in June 2009, the college is not refunding my total deposited fee of 10,000. Instead of refunding the fee, the college has deducted RS. 1000/- Per company from my deposited fee and at present the sum of only 5000/- is promised to me as refund.
If amount is deducted under the name of company, I would like to state that I appeared for total six companies which were all open campuses and not closed campus. Also, I was not placed in any of the campus in which I appeared Then I would like to know why and how my money was deducted @ 1000/- per company.
I respectfully state that necessary action should be taken so that I get my whole amount of 10,000/- back.
